By downloading, installing, or using the Raksha application, or accessing the Raksha website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Raksha is a personal safety utility designed to facilitate emergency communication between users and their designated contacts. It utilizes GPS, SMS, and internet connectivity to broadcast location data during an emergency event.
3. Limitations and Disclaimers
While we engineer Raksha with the utmost care, we cannot guarantee absolute safety. Raksha is a supplementary tool, not a replacement for contacting local law enforcement or emergency services.
- The effectiveness of our Foreground location services depends on your device's battery, OS restrictions, and network connectivity.
- We are not liable for delayed or undelivered SMS messages, as they rely entirely on third-party telecommunications networks.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use this application lawfully. Abuse of the SOS system, spamming contacts, or utilizing the platform for malicious tracking is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
5. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of Raksha after any such changes constitutes your consent to the new terms.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
